Mr. Satya Prasad Roy Burman |
Mr. Satya Prasad Roy, is our Chairman cum Whole Time Director. In 1965, Mr. Roy Burman took over K.M.Khadim & Co., then owned by Mr. K. M. Khadim. Thereafter, the business of Khadims grew all over Eastern and North Eastern India under his able leadership. He has tremendous contribution in making Kolkata Footwear Industry a vibrant and competitive industry at par with other centers of excellence. The Achievements of Khadims would not have been possible without his vision and values. It was he who made the common man to believe that they can actually "Afford a Branded Footwear". |

Mr. Siddhartha Roy Burman |
| Mr. Siddhartha Roy Burman, is our Managing Director and son of the founder Chairman of Khadim Group Mr. S P Roy Burman. After completing his Graduation in Commerce in the year 1980, he joined the Khadim's Group. With over 28 years of experience in the Group, he has now been able to create a wide spread distribution network. He has been instrumental in taking the footwear business of Khadim's to the present heights through careful streamlining of operations, processes, HR initiatives and through brand building. The recent diversification into Lifestyle Retailing was the brainchild of Mr. Siddhartha Roy Burman. |

Mrs. Tanusree Roy Burman |
| Mrs. Tanusree Roy Burman, is one of the Non-executive Directors of our Company. She is the wife of Mr. Siddhartha Roy Burman, our Managing Director and has been appointed as Directors w.e.f. 20 June 2007 on resignation of Mrs. Namita Roy Burman from the Board. She provided valuable inputs on changes in fashion and latest trends in women wear. |

Mr. Indra Nath Chatterjee |
| Mr. Indra Nath Chatterjee, is one of the non-executive Independent Director(s) of our company. Mr. Chatterjee, an Alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta ("IIMC") is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ('ICSI') and the fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India ('ICWAI') and comes with the rich experience of 35 years in the related field and has served a number of renowned companies in the capacity of Senior Executive/Director/Advisor/Consultant including ONGC, the Hinduja Group, TELCo, Indian Airlines etc. |

Prof. Ashoke Kumar Dutta |
Prof. Dutta, an Alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta ("IIMC"), is currently the Director of the newest IIM-Shillong. Before this assignment he was the Director of the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), the oldest business school in India. Prof. Dutta comes with an experience of more than 40 years. He has worked with a number of Multinational Corporations and home grown large business houses and large PSUs in the field of Shipping, Transport, FMCG, Media, Education etc.
He has served / is serving a number of renowned companies in the capacity of Director / Advisor / Consultant.

Prof. Amar Nath Sadhu |
| Prof. Amar Nath Sadhu, is one of the non-executive Independent Director(s) of our company. Prof. Sadhu has been a Managing Partner of Pricewaterhouse. Currently, he is an advisor to the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Prof. Sadhu comes with the rich experience of more than 40 yrs and has served/is serving a number of renowned companies in the capacity of Director/Advisor/Consultant.
The rich academic profile coupled with diversified experience of all the Directors helps the company to undergo vertical as well as horizontal expansion. The Company expects that their visionary ideas and suggestions will further aid in its overall expansion. |
