6. Photocopy of Central Sales Tax / Vat Registration Certificate
7. Last six month bank statement
8. Security Deposit as per Company's norms
9. Photograph of Owner / Partners
10. Rubber Stamp
11. Waybill require for CST register party for goods dispatch
12. Filled "Dealership Application Form" along with all the above-mentioned details.
