It is important to take the right care for your feet, which is independent of footwear requirements.
Right care for the feet recommends
To wash the feet minimum once a day.
2-3 minutes of soaking or washing is a good refreshment for the feet.
Addition of domestic or rock salt in soaking water is very effective.
Wiping with a rough towel afterwards , followed by drying specially between the fingers
Rubbing Sodium Silicate ointment after drying.
Change of shoe in case of damage of the skin like blisters, callus, corns etc.
