FRANCHISEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Outlined below are the key terms and conditions for your initial understanding of the franchisee onboarding process with KHADIM:

Store Interior Design: The interior decoration of the retail outlet will be carried out by interior design vendors appointed by KHADIM, in accordance with the brand’s specified design guidelines.
Stock Procurement & Maintenance: The Exclusive Dealer is required to purchase and maintain inventory of KHADIM merchandise. The initial stock quantity will be determined based on a market survey and evaluation of the shop’s location potential. Stock levels must be increased during the festive months to meet heightened demand.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of Rs. 2 Lakh (minimum) must be maintained by the Exclusive Dealer.
Store Launch & Promotional Activities: KHADIM will organize an Awareness Campaign and Outdoor Advertising at the time of the store’s inauguration. The estimated cost of this initiative—capped at Rs. 1 Lakh—will be shared equally (50:50) between KHADIM and the Exclusive Dealer. In addition, KHADIM will continue to support the Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) with annual brand marketing activities.
Exclusive Product Sales: The Exclusive Dealer is strictly prohibited from purchasing or selling any branded products other than KHADIM within the showroom.
Advance Payments: All required payments must be made in advance by the proposed Exclusive Dealer at the time of submitting the Dealership Application Form.
