COVID-19 has posed an unprecedented challenge for our country. As a humble contribution in the fight against the pandemic, Khadim's, in collaboration with the NGO HelpAge India and CINI, donated dry ration and a one-month survival package consisting of daily essentials to approximate 775 underprivileged families in and around Kolkata.

Tree Plantation and Nurturing Campaign in Collaboration with Green for Life Foundation

Tree Plantation and Nurturing Campaign, an initiative taken by Khadim India Limited in collaboration with “Green for Life Foundation” as part of CSR Activity for FY 2019-20 to protect our Mother Earth and maintain ecological balance.

Under this program, 500 Native Evergreen Saplings were planted at the Green Zone, Rajarhat, Action Area - 1, Kolkata. These 500 saplings will be nurtured, maintained and monitored for a period of 3 years to help them grow into mature trees, contributing to Kolkata's city forest.

Udayan Shalini Fellowship Programme

Induction of new Shalinis under “Udayan Shalini Fellowship Programme” an initiative taken by Khadim India Limited as a part of its CSR Activity in collaboration with “Udayan Care” for supporting education of girl child.

This programme is a unique academic excellence and personality development Programme for deserving and talented girls from weak socio-economic backgrounds and aims to turn them into empowered and dignified women or “Shalinis”.

The programme's uniqueness lies in the fact that it goes beyond being a regular scholarship by not only supporting higher education but also providing regular mentoring and skill development training to make the girls self-reliant.

Educate a Child with CINI

Khadim’s donated towards the implementation of the project titled “Educate a Child with CINI”. Child in Need Institute (CINI), Kolkata, works for the promotion of education, including Special Education and employment enhancing vocation skills.

Help Age India Mobi-Healthcare Unit

Khadim’s donated to Help Age India’s Mobi-Healthcare Unit, Kolkata, to facilitate mobile medical services to the underprivileged under promotion of health care including preventive health care. Our MHU team also provided treatment as well as COVID-19 awareness among the beneficiaries.
