How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you have placed your order, Khadim’s will send:

  • An SMS with Order ID to the mobile number you have provided.
  • An Order Confirmation mail to the email ID you have provided.

Please check your Spam folder in case you do not see our mail in your Inbox.

How do I check the status of my order?

First, you must login to our website. Then, simply go to “My Orders” page to check the status of your order.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse in Kolkata to your state/city/town. We require 7 to 10 business days, exclusive of weekends (Saturday/Sunday), National holidays, Election days or any other local holidays, to complete the process and deliver to your doorstep.

ORDER CANCELLATION

I ordered the wrong product by mistake. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order within 24-hours of placing it. Simply go to “My Orders” page and click the “Cancel Order” option. Provide specifics and your order will be cancelled. Please check our Order Cancellation page for further details.

I can’t find a “Cancel Order” option.

The “Cancel Order” option, seen against your order on the “My Orders” page, is valid for 24-hours from time of placing your order. If you do not see a “Cancel Order” option, it means your order has been dispatched and is in transit.

My order has been despatched. How do I cancel?

Once an order has been despatched and is in transit, there is little we can do to recall the package. However, we also do not wish for you to pay for goods you do not want to receive. Contact us with details of your order and we will try and do the needful.

ORDER EXCHANGE

I ordered the wrong size / I do not like the colour I ordered. Can I exchange it?

Yes. You can place an Exchange request within 7-days of receipt of product. Simply go to “My Orders” and click the “Exchange Order” option. Provide specifics and we will process your request accordingly. Please check our Return & Exchange Policy for further details.

What happens if you don’t have the size/colour I want?

In the rare occasion that we cannot provide you the Size or Colour you require due to stock unavailability online or at a Khadim’s retail store, you can opt to receive either one:

  1. A Redeemable Coupon to use for purchase of a different product of EQUAL or EXCESS amount from a Khadim’s website (only) within a specified time period.
  2. Refund of Product amount:
    • For Debit/Credit Card / Net Banking orders, 100% Refund of Product Amount to the Card/Bank A/c within 21 working days as per bank rules.
    • Refunds against COD orders will be done through Redeemable Coupon. Please see our Redeemable Coupons page for further details.

I don’t like the product I received / The style does not suit me. Can I exchange it?

Yes. You can exchange a product you don’t like with a new, different product within 7-days of receipt of your order.

There’s a Khadim’s store near my house. Can I exchange from your retail?

Yes. You can replace from a retail store in your city/town that is appointed to you by Khadim’s.

I bought an item on Discount. How do I exchange it?

You can exchange a Discounted product with a different product of EQUAL or EXCESS amount from Khadim’s website (only). Discounted items cannot be exchanged from a Khadim’s retail store.

Can I exchange a product of (e.g.) INR 499 with a product of (e.g.) INR 799? How will I pay the excess amount?

  • ONLINE EXCHANGE: You can pay the excess of INR 300 through Online or Cash-on-Delivery.
  • RETAIL EXCHANGE: You can pay the excess of INR 300 in Cash or Card.

Can I exchange a product of (e.g.) INR 499 with a product of (e.g.) INR 399? How will I be refunded the balance?

  • ONLINE EXCHANGE: Value of product purchased in Exchange must be EQUAL to or EXCESS of value of original product purchased.
  • RETAIL EXCHANGE: You will forfeit INR 100 unless you purchase another product to adjust the balance.

Is the Shipping Charge considered as part of product price for exchange?

No.

During product Exchange, will I be charged Shipping again if my new order value is less than INR 500?

No. We will retain the shipping charge you paid previously to adjust our reverse pick-up and delivery costs.

Will I be refunded the Shipping charge during product Exchange if my new order value is more than INR 500?

No. We will retain the shipping charge you paid previously to adjust our reverse pick-up and delivery costs.

I have bought both Bags and Shoes but want to exchange only the Bags OR only the Shoes – can I exchange part of my order?

Yes. However, the cost of the exchange product must be the same as cost of the new product purchased.

Can I exchange a shoe for an accessory and vice versa?

Yes.

Can I exchange a Ladies shoe/accessory for a Gents shoe/accessory and vice versa?

Yes.

Can I exchange damaged shoe/accessory with a new shoe/ accessory?

Damaged shoes/accessories will not be exchanged with a new shoe/accessory.

ORDER REFUND

My shoe/bag is damaged. How do I claim a refund?

Refunds against damaged products can be claimed within 30-days from receipt of product. Simply go to “My Orders” and click the “Refund Order” option. Provide specifics and we will process your request accordingly. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for further details.

I changed my mind about the product / I don’t like it anymore. Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds against products you order but do not like upon receipt. However, you can place an Order Exchange request. Please see above.

I paid COD. How do I claim a refund?

Cash-on- Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for conventional refunds such as bank credits, bank drafts or money orders. However, you can claim a Redeemable Coupon of an amount same as your purchased product to redeem it online.

Does “full refund” include the Shipping fees?

No. You will be refunded only the product price.

Why am I being asked to send pictures of damaged products before I can claim a refund?

We ask you to send pictures of damaged products primarily as feedback. It helps us understand the nature and extent of damage.

I bought multiple items but one of the items ordered was damaged. Can I get a refund against the damaged item?

Yes.

REDEEMABLE COUPONS

How does a Redeemable Coupon work?

A Coupon is a computer generated ticket issued by Khadim’s as a mode of repayment under the following circumstances:

  • Khadim’s is unable to replace a product due to stock unavailability.
  • You are unable to find a suitable product on our website for Exchange at the time.
  • You want to buy a different product instead of opting for Refund (not applicable on damaged items).
  • You want a refund against COD payment.

Can I redeem a Coupon at a Khadim's retail store?

No.

Why is my Coupon not working?

Coupons are electronic tickets that are valid for a limited time period from date of issue. It is possible that your coupon has crossed the validity period.

What happens if I fail to use a Coupon within specified time?

The Coupon will have expired and you must forfeit the purchase amount. Khadim’s will not be held responsible for customers failing to use Coupons within specified time.

GENERAL QUERIES

Can I order products in bulk?

Yes, you can. The bulk order limit for any single item is 3 pairs (same or different size) and cannot be exceeded.

Why are some of your products available on Discount Online but not in your Retail stores?

Discounts on products available online are exclusive and part of online promotions, and does not bear any relation to products sold in Khadim’s retail stores.

Why is your Online exchange policy different from your Retail policy?

Our online exchange policies are not only different but more flexible than policies followed in our retail stores. Not only are we able to process returns and claims against damages and other exchange requests faster but also offer you refunds against your purchase (not available in our retail stores).
