  1. Cancellation of an order (Debit/Credit Card / Net Banking/COD) must be done within 24-hours of purchase (strongly recommended).
  2. You can do so by going to your “My Orders” page and clicking on the “Cancel” button against your order.
  3. A 100% Refund of Order Amount will be issued against Cancellation to the Card/Bank A/c within 21 working days as per bank rules.

What is it?

A Redeemable Coupon is a computer generated ticket issued by Khadim’s as a mode of repayment under the following circumstances:

  • Khadim’s is unable to replace a product due to stock unavailability.
  • Customer wants to Exchange a product.
  • Customer wants to buy a different product instead of opting for Refund (not applicable on damaged items).
  • Refunds against COD orders.

How to use?

  1. Khadim’s will Mail/eMail customer a redeemable Coupon of the same value as the product previously purchased.
  2. Coupons will be issued after customer has returned the product to our courier company representative, and it has been received by Khadim’s.
  3. Customer may (only) purchase products of an amount equal to OR above the coupon price (any excess amount above the coupon price must be paid).
  4. Coupons can only be redeemed from Khadim’s website within the time-frame mentioned from Date of Issue.
  5. Coupons are set to expire after a period and will NOT be re-issued if customer fails to use it within the time limit.
  6. Coupons are VALID for use only once (1 time).
  7. Failure to use Coupons will NOT validate a Refund.

Request for Return & Exchange of Resalable, Undamaged Products will be entertained in case:

  • Customer wants a change in Size (not applicable for Accessories)
  • Customer wants a change in Colour (not applicable for Accessories)
  • Customer does not like the Style of the product.
  • Customer finds the product Uncomfortable or Unsuitable on wearing.

CUSTOMERS CAN EXCHANGE PRODUCTS FROM EITHER
DESIGNATED KHADIM’S RETAIL STORES OR ONLINE.

Steps to be followed for Return & Exchange (ONLINE STORE):

  1. Customer must email customerservice@khadims.com within 7-days from of receipt of product to lodge a request.
  2. Customer can expect a Reverse Pick-Up within 7-days after the complaint has been lodged.
  3. Customer must Produce the Original Bill and Return the Product to the courier company representative.
  4. Products must be returned in their original box in an Unused, Undamaged condition. No Stains or Discolouration will be accepted.
  5. In case of Size/Colour exchange, Khadim's will initiate delivery of new/correct product on receipt of the returned product at our warehouse. Customer can expect delivery of new item within 7-days.
  6. In case of Style/Wearability issues, Khadim's will issue a Redeemable Coupon of the value of product previously purchased on receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.
  7. This Redeemable Coupon can only be redeemed Online to make a purchase either EQUAL to or EXCESS of the original product price.
  8. Any excess amount above the original purchase price must be paid Online (Debit/Credit Card/ Net Banking) or through Cash-on-Delivery.
  9. No Refund of balance will be issued if the new purchase amount is less than the original amount. Customer must forfeit the balance.

Steps to be followed for Return & Exchange (RETAIL STORE):

  1. Customer must email customerservice@khadims.com within 7-days from of receipt of product to lodge a request.
  2. Based on Customer’s CITY/TOWN of residence, a Khadim’s store will be appointed for the exchange. A confirmation email will be sent to customer.
  3. Shoes must be exchanged within 7-days from receipt of Exchange Confirmation from Customer Service.
  4. Products must be returned in their original box in an Unused, Undamaged condition to the store. No Stains or Discolouration will be accepted.
  5. Value of product purchased in Exchange must be EQUAL to or EXCESS of value of original product purchased.
  6. Any excess amount above the original purchase amount must be paid at the store during billing (either in Cash or Debit/Credit Card).
  7. No Refund of balance will be issued if the new purchase amount is less than the original amount. Customer must either forfeit the balance or purchase another product and pay the excess amount.
  8. No Refund of Shipping charges (if applicable at time or original purchase) will be provided.
  9. Exchange of DISCOUNTED items purchased online is not applicable in retail stores. Customers can opt for a Redeemable Coupon in this case.

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS IS VALID ONLY ONCE (1 TIME) PER TRANSACTION.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF CUSTOMER REFUSES TO EXCHANGE FROM EITHER – DESIGNATED KHADIM’S RETAIL STORES IN HIS/HER CITY/TOWN OR ONLINE.

YOU ARE ADVISED TO CHECK PRODUCT IMAGES AND/OR SEND PRODUCT ENQUIRIES TO KHADIM’S CUSTOMER SERVICE PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE.

ONLY in the rare event that the desired shoe Size / Colour is not available with us, either Online or at a Khadim’s Retail Store, you can opt for:

  1. A Reedemable Coupon to use for purchase of a different product of EQUAL or EXCESS amount from a Khadim’s Retail Store within a specified time period.

  2. Refund of Product amount:
    • For Debit/Credit Card / Net Banking orders, 100% Refund of Product Amount to the Card/Bank A/c within 21 working days as per bank rules.

  2. Customer must send Images of the Damaged Product to Customer Service along with complaint.

  4. Customer must Produce the Original Bill and Return the Product to the courier company representative.
  5. Upon receipt of the product by Khadim’s:
    • 100% Refund of Purchase Amount will be issued to customer. Amount will be refunded to the Card/Bank A/c within 21 working days as per bank rules.
